2025 was a year of steady growth for BoxHero and the thousands of teams who use it to keep track of their items every day. Here’s a look at what changed, what improved, and how the platform grew over the past twelve months:

Core Product Updates

This year, we focused on making everyday inventory work easier and more reliable. Some of the key updates include:

• Purchases & Sales on mobile:
  POs, SOs, Returns, Bundles
• Invoice customization — add your company logo; choose SKU/barcode, attributes to display; adjust layout elements with custom fields
• QR-code login option for easier, faster access

• Decimal quantities and partial-unit tracking (e.g. 0.5 kg, 1.752 m)
• New languages: French, Portuguese, Japanese, and German
• GTIN scanning for GS1 barcodes
• New site landing page:
  Refreshed design and updated navigation via Framer!

• Updated desktop UI with refined layout and clearer navigation
• Improved mobile interface to make common tasks easier to reach

2025 Highlights

BoxHero expanded in several ways in 2025. A few highlights:

Reaching more teams locally and around the world

• More nonprofits joined BoxHero for the first time, especially teams managing donations, supplies, and community programs. Many of those teams mentioned that our 20% nonprofit discount made it easier to adopt BoxHero for their inventory work.
• Increased adoption across clinics, schools, local suppliers, and small retail teams.
• International usage continued to grow, supported by new language options and more stable barcode scanning for global standards.

• A full update to the user guide, with clearer navigation and rewritten pages for common workflows.
• AI chatbot that gives you quick answers based on the official user guide.

• More feature breakdowns and how-to blog posts, giving you clearer explanations of new tools and workflows.
